Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue an exchange or return within 10 days of the order being received. Merchandise must be unworn and completely new for an exchange/return to be accepted.
To effect an exchange/return please email the following to email@example.com:
1) Order Number
2) Item to be exchanged
3) New item
4) Reason for exchange
We will contact you within 24 hours of your email being sent with further instructions.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL. Unless the product is damaged during shipment of delivery, you are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused. Exchanges will be accepted only if an RMA number is obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with reason for exchange and new requested item. Shipping on exchanges is free.
