Do you accept returns?

We want all Bridge & Boro clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for whatever reason you don’t love your Bridge & Boro garment, just send us an email at hello@bridgenboro.com and we will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

We are currently not accepting wholesale orders. However we are always open to new opportunities. Please email Fabio@bridgenboro.com for inquiries.

Once I order on your site, how long does it take for the products to arrive?

Order processing takes 2 business days. Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at the moment.

What shipping method do you use?

Ground shipping via Fedex is standard for all orders in the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping in the USA is a flat rate of $5! Express shipping will cost extra.

How secure is this store?

This store is run through Shopify who encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer  using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
